GENERAL INFORMATION
Camp Alive Winter Edition is a Winter Camp hosted by Believers Fellowship. Camp will begin on Friday, February 25th, and will conclude on Sunday, February 27th. Camp Alive will take place at the T Bar M Camps and Retreats in New Braunfels, TX.
CAMP THEME
We are looking forward to a time in God's word as we focus on being RESOLVED. How to stand firm and unmoved in your faith and walk with the Lord.
RETREAT ACTIVITIES
Outdoor Activities include Putt-putt, Jenga, ladders, washers, ring game, basketball, football, soccer, frisbee golf, tennis, gaga ball, and volleyball.
Indoor Activities include a Fitness center, basketball, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, arena soccer, and ping pong.
RETREAT SPEAKER
We are very excited to have Chance Hunt as our speaker this year. Chance graduated from Texas Tech University and The Master's Seminary (M.Div.). He has served as the pastor of student ministries at Believers Fellowship in San Antonio, TX for 8 years. Chance and his wife Nicci have four daughters, Bryndal, Mailie, Harper and Adley.

PAYMENT (ONLINE PAYMENT AVAILABLE!)
The total cost of Winter Camp is $160. This cost will cover such things as lodging (bunkhouses), 3 meals per day, a T-shirt, and activities. Final payments will be due Friday, February 13th.
An online payment link will be provided upon the completion of your online registration or you may pay online anytime by clicking here. When paying online please type your name in the memo line and make sure the fund line reads, "Camp Alive: Winter Edition".
TRANSPORTATION
Each person will be responsible for his or her own transportation to and from the retreat. Check-in at camp will be Friday, February 25th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Camp will be officially over on Sunday, February 28th at 1:30 p.m. so please make plans to pick up your student as close to that time as possible.

Those bringing prescription medicines will need to fill out and bring the provided medication log. This form can be downloaded and printed by clicking the link below.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Last day to Register: Sunday, February 6th - If you do not register by this date please reach out to Chance Hunt or Katy Brennan to see if there are any more available spots. IF you register past this date, a camp T-Shirt is not guaranteed.
Last Day to Pay: Sunday, February 13th
Last day to Drop: Sunday, February 20th - We have to give TBarM final numbers by this day. IF you drop after this day you will not receive a refund.
