SCOTT CHRISTENSEN

Scott was born in Nebraska and grew up in Denver, coming to faith in Christ at an early age. His passion for art and design led him to earn a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University in 1989, followed by nine years as an architect in Aspen, Colorado. In 1993, he married Jennifer, and they raised four sons—Daniel, Andrew, Luke, and Matthew. Feeling called to ministry, he attended The Master’s Seminary, graduating with a Master of Divinity in 2001. He pastored Summit Lake Community Church in Colorado for 16 years before moving to Texas in 2019 to serve as associate pastor at Kerrville Bible Church. Passionate about God’s Word, Scott enjoys the outdoors—mountain biking, hiking, and skiing—and has authored two books: What about Free Will? (2016) and What about Evil? (2020).
